After many years of planning and construction, Bootleggers BBQ is having their opening day on Friday, March 26, 2026, outside of Alton, Missouri.
Opening Date
After two weeks, of employee training, Bootleggers BBQ announced that their first open weekend will be Friday, March 27th through Sunday, March 29th.
Hours
Bootleggers BBQ will be open on Friday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm. On Saturday and Sunday, they will be open from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm .

Bootleggers BBQ is more than just a restaurant, it’s a place to make memories and to shop. Their mercantile store will have a variety of items available to buy including delicious candy, an assortment of trail mixes, an assortment of jerky, fruit preserves, relishes, salsas, shirts, chips, canned drinks, take and bake meals, and much more! Activities
Along with the delicious food and the store, Bootleggers will also have family-friendly games and activities. Some of the activities will include an ice cream shop, mini golf course, petting zoo, cornhole area, and jumbo jenga. [2]
