Alton, Mo. – The Primary Elections took place nationwide on Tuesday, August 4, 2020. There were many different candidates running in different parties. Go here to see the winners of the Republican Party and click here to see the Democratic Party winners.

Governor

Rik Combs is going to the General Elections for the Libertarian Party for governor. Jerome Howard Bauer won the governor for the Green Party.

Lieutenant Governor

Bill Slantz won Lt. Governor for the Libertarian Party. Kelley Dragoo won Lieutenant Governor for the Green Party.

Secretary of State

Carl Herman Freese won in the Libertarian Party for secretary of state. Paul Lehmann won secretary of state for the Green Party. Paul Venable won for the Constitution.

State Treasurer

Nicholas (Nick) Kasoff won state treasurer for the Libertarian Party. Joseph Civettini won for the Green Party.

Attorney General

Kevin C. Babcock won attorney general for the Libertarian Party.

U.S Representative— District 8

Tom Schmitz won U.S Representative for District 8 for the Libertarian Party.
