Christmas is coming up in less than a week. The Alton, Missouri, First Baptist Church is having its annual community Christmas Eve Candlelight Service on December 24, 2025, at the church.
Date and Location
The service will be on Christmas Eve, December 24th. The doors will open at 5:00 pm and the service will begin at 6:00 pm. The candlelight service will be at the Alton First Baptist Church on Highway 19.
Candlelight Service
This will be a candlelight service with candles being given to all the attendees. Treyton Lilly and friends will be playing some music and singing. [1]
Who Can Come
This is a community candlelight service, so no matter if you go to the Alton First Baptist Church or not, or if you live in Alton or not, you are invited and encouraged to come and celebrate the reason for the season.
Cost
There is no cost to go to the Christmas Eve service. If you feel obligated, you can bring diapers and wipes to help the community.
