Have you considered an occupation in the medical field? That is a broad field with many discrepancies. Ozarks Healthcare is excited to announce the return of our M*A*S*H (Medical Academy of Science and Health) Camp – a hands-on, interactive experience for students interested in exploring careers in healthcare!

What Is This?

This is a hands-on class for students in grades 5 through 12. They will take time to explore different healthcare careers.

When Is It?

Camps begin on  July 6 for students entering 7th–8th grades.  High schoolers, grades 9th through 12th, have camp from July 7-9. A one-day camp on July 10 for those entering grades 5 and 6. The classes meet from 8:30 am until 3:30 pm.  However, the class on July 9 will meet between 8:30 and noon.

Is There A Cost?

Yes, there is a $35 fee for the class. Included will be lunch and a shirt.

Registration

One does need to register before June 1. However, if a class fills up, they will close registrations. The application needs to be filled out completely, including the shirt size and the medical field the student is interested in.

Location

Classes take place at Ozarks Healthcare at 1100 Kentucky Avenue in West PLains, Missouri.

What an excellent way to determine if your child is ready for a future in the medical field. It can also help open his eyes to possible occupations he had not previously considered.
