Local Fire Departments Offer The Boot

Two local fire departments are giving extra time to fill a boot for St. Jude’s Hospital. Fire Department workers stand on busy corners holding a firemen uniform boot. Passersby donate funds to fill this boot. All proceeds go to the children’s hospital.

From 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. these volunteers will be at the Kosh Mini Mart. This mini-mart is located right on Highway 63. They are asking people to stop by and do their part by filling the boot.
