Do you know what a crayfish is? What does it eat? Where does it live? The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) is gathering people who want to learn more. They are hosting a virtual class open to all ages.
What Is This?
Have you seen crayfish in creeks? Did you know they can also live in caves, prairies, and even roadside ditches? You can learn how crayfish live, feed, and reproduce.
This is an online class.
Who Can Attend?
This class is open to all ages but is designed for 6th grade and up.

When Is It?
The class will be on Wednesday, August 26, 2026, between 2 and 3:30 pm.
This is practical knowledge that one can experience each time he goes outdoor. Learn more of our environment and how crayfish work in the ecosystem.
