Burger King has announced an incentive to school-age students. With so many schools closed due to the coronavirus outbreak, Burger King wants to encourage ongoing education with rewards.

This week, and this week only, Burger King is giving away free Whoppers to American students who can correctly answer questions online. Burger King will reward 150,000 coupons for free Whoppers.

What Are The Rules?

From April 13-20, 2020 students age 13-18 download the Burger King App. Then they check the Burger King Twitter or Facebook pages. This fast-food restaurant will issue one new question per day on varying school subjects. Those who come up with the correct solution can use it as a promo code to redeem a free Whopper. The questions vary from algebra to chemistry to geography.

What’s The Catch?

Most free gimmicks are not entirely free. This is no exception. The first is that each student must get their parent’s permission. The next necessary item is downloading the BK app. Then there is the part about a free Whopper With a BK app purchase. This is for a limited time only. It is not valid in Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. territories. One more thing to think about, you have to use your free Whopper coupon within 24 hours.

Although this is not officially endorsed by schools, educators around the country are happy to have a reward, or bribe, for students trying to educate themselves at home while quarantined.
