Alton, Mo. – Recently Altonmo.com published an article that told of a local 6th grader who won the opportunity to design the official 34th Annual Black Gold Walnut Festival tee shirt.  [1] We now know his name.

At the awards ceremony on October 5, 2019 various awards and prizes were handed out from the stage. It was at this time that the artist of this year’s tee shirt was named: Ethan Creppel. He is a local sixth grader who did his best for a noteworthy event.

Young Ethan was quite pleased with the outcome. He is seen here with the shirt he helped to design. His mother was there to share in his happiness.
