Do you bow hunt? The weather can cause irreparable damage to your tool. But not taking care of it can cause damage, too. The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) is hosting an online class to teach archers how to care for their archery equipment over the winter.
What Is This?
The MDC will host an online workshop focused on bow winterization so it’s ready for next season. Staff with Andy Dalton Shooting Range and Outdoor Education Center will offer Bow Winterization. Staff will cover archery safety, operation, shooting fundamentals, maintenance, and safe storage.
When Is This?
Do not delay! This occurs on Sunday, January 11, 2026, between 4 and 5:30 pm.
Is There A Cost?
There is no cost to attend this event as it is a virtual workshop. However, pre-registration is required. Some seats are yet available.
Who Can Attend?
This is open to anyone, all ages.
