Tomorrow, June 15, 2025, is Father’s Day. Although your dad may be special to you, you may be at a loss of what to get him. Here are five things to celebrate your dad with.

#1 Camping

If your dad is an outdoors guy, plan a camping trip with him. You can even do an overnight float. It doesn’t have to be a well-known park or river, it could be a little obscure but still nice park and river.

#2 Cooking

If your dad likes to cook or grill, have a little competition with him so he can show off his skills. Buy all the ingredients needed and set everything up. You can even invite some other dads and their kids over to have team competitions dad/kids versus dads/kids and dads versus kids.

#3 A Gift

Another thing you can get your dad is a gift. You can get him one singular item or get him a basket. An idea for what could go in the basket is as follows: a card, some of his favorite snacks or foods, and a couple things he likes to do.

#4 An Outing

If you’re an adult, you probably don’t see your dad as much as when you were younger. A gift for him might be to go out and do something together. If your father likes golfing, go to a golf course and golf together. If your dad likes fishing, go to a lake or river and catch some fish together. If your dad likes to hold deep conversations, talk with him about a certain topic or get him a book about that topic. If your dad has some bucket list items,- like sky diving, meeting someone famous, or driving a race car- see if you can put something together for him.

#5 Take A Class

For some father/kid bond time, sign up for a class neither of you have taken. [1] It can be a workout class, a pottery class, a weaving class, a woodworking class, or any other class; build the memories with your dad.
