Multiple churches in the area are having Christmas programs to celebrate the reason for the season. Riverton Baptist Church is having a Christmas program on December 18th. Two other churches are also having Christmas programs: Alton Freewill Baptist and the Alton Assembly of God Church.
Assembly of God
The Alton Assembly of God has its Christmas program planned for Sunday, December 18, 2022, beginning at 10:45 am. [1] After the service, there will be a luncheon for everyone. For this service, it won’t be recorded, so make sure to come and fellowship in person! Also, they will be having a Christmas Day service since Christmas falls on a Sunday this year. The time has not been announced, but the service is planned.
Freewill Baptist
The Alton Freewill Baptist is also having its program on December 18, 2022. [2] Their service starts at 10:00 am with Sunday school and 11:00 am with the sermon. There will be a meal afterward.
Jesus is the reason for the season. One way He wants us to celebrate Him is by fellowshipping together. So make sure you come out to any of these programs and join in with others in celebrating Jesus Christ’s birth! For both of these churches, anyone is welcome to come!
