Alton, Mo. – A snowstorm came in overnight to Alton, Missouri, and brought three plus inches of snow on Wednesday, January 26, 2021.

The town of Alton has received multiple flurries of snow earlier this year. The snows we got were less than one inch.
This Snow
The snow we got today amounted up to three inches or more. The snow started during the night and ended around 11:00 am.
Cancellations
All the local schools canceled school today. The Seventh-Day Adventist Community Center in Mammoth Spring and the Alton/Thayer Elks Lodge is closed today as well. [1] The local Big Springs Conference Tournament held at the Alton High School junior varsity games held tonight have been postponed until tomorrow, January 28. [2]
