Bootleggers BBQ outside of Alton is getting closer to opening their doors. On February 4 and 5, 2026, they will hold open interviews to hire employees.
Times
The open interviews will be on Wednesday, February 4th, and Thursday, February 5th. On both days, they will be open from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm for the interviews.

Bootleggers BBQ is located six miles north of Alton on Highway 19. Their physical address is 114 County Road 412.

Prep Kitchen
The first job is in the prep kitchen. Shifts will be Wednesday through Sunday, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm. Prep kitchen employees will be in charge of preparing all foods served in the restaurant. Although previous kitchen experience is preferred, Bootleggers is willing to take on a motivated and willing to learn individual.
Location Staff
The other job Bootleggers is hiring for is location staff. These employees will be trained to handle various positions at the restaurant, including the golf shed, ice cream shop, and production line. The shifts will be Thursday through Sunday from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm. Employees must have a clean appearance and a great attitude since they will be interacting with the customers. Restaurant experience is helpful but not necessary.
