Breakin’ Chains, through the Selah Place of Oregon County, is having a benefit jeep ride on October 17, 226, in Alton, Missouri with all proceeds going to the Selah Place.
Jeep Ride
The planned benefit is a jeep ride in Oregon County, Missouri. The ride will be around 90 miles. It will start on the square in Alton, Missouri, and will end at Bootleggers BBQ (114 CR 412) on Highway 19. [1]
Proceeds
All the proceeds from the jeep ride will benefit domestic violence awareness and the Selah Place of Oregon County.
Registration
You can register whenever you want, even the day of. All participants who register before September 19, 2026, will get a free swag bag. For one jeep and one driver, the cost is $20. For each additional person (ages 10 and up), the cost is $5. You can register here.
Details
The jeep ride will begin at 2:00 pm on Saturday, October 17, 2026, in Alton, Missouri. Sign-in, swag bag pickup, and t-shirt/hoodie pre-order pickup will begin at 9:00 am. Day-of registration and t-shirt/hoodie ordering will begin at 11:00 am.
End of Ride
The end of the ride will be at Bootleggers BBQ. There will be food, ice cream, mini golf,a bouncy house for the kids, and a special offer to all the participants.
Other Fundraisers
There will also be a silent auction happening from September 15th-October 17th. Another fundraiser event going on is a 50/50 split the pot. [2]
