Visitation & Funeral
Tom Clary’s Celebration of Life will be on Wednesday, August 19th, between 5-7 pm at the Clary Funeral Home. Those who go to his Celebration of Life are encouraged to wear a shirt representing the local schools, favorite car show, favorite hot rod, or anything else that reminds you of him. Visitation-goers are also encouraged to bring their hot rod, motorcycle, old truck, or whatever they enjoyed tinkering with. [3]
His funeral will be on Thursday, the 20th, at 11 am at Hickory Grove Cemetery outside of Alton. [4]
Closures
Many local businesses, including Alton Florist, Alton Bank, the Courthouse, and South Side Tire Shop & Auto Repairs, among others, in town will be closed for the funeral on Thursday in honor of Tom Clary.
