A new year has come, and along with a new year, a new month has come as well. The Alton, Missouri, Senior Center has put out its January 2023 meals and activities.
Activities
On January 6th, they will have their New Year’s Party. On the 9th, the pen pal club will meet at 10:00 am so seniors can connect around the state. On January 12th, bingo will be played at noon. On the 24th at 10:00 am, you can paint CDs with Cindi. To close out the month on the 30th, you can make windchimes at 10:00 am.

On the 5th, pork chops, Antigua blend, spiced pears, biscuits, and chocolate pie will be served. On January 11th, sloppy joes, potato chips, meadow blend, and a peanut butter cookie will be dished out. On the 17th, Mexican chicken, black beans, pico de Gallo, and churro bars will be served. On the 23rd, a taco salad, black beans, lettuce and tomato, and fried ice cream will be dished out. Lasagna, Italian blend, hot roll, and cook’s choice will be served on January 31st.
