Summer is finally here and school has been finished for a couple of weeks. But churches around the area are starting to hold Vacation Bible Schools for local youth. Oak Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Alton, Missouri, is one of those churches. Oak Hill is hosting a VBS on June 24 and 25, 2022.
When It Is
The Vacation Bible School is from Friday, June 24, 2022, and Saturday, June 25, 2022. On Friday, registration begins at 5:00 pm in the fellowship hall. The activities will start at 6:00 pm. On Saturday, the VBS will start at 1:00 pm followed by a fish fry.
Who Is Welcome
While the age group is from three to eleven, any age will be welcomed.
What Are We Learning?
Vacation Bible School is held to bring local and non-local youth together to learn more about the Bible and God. VBS also usually has arts and crafts and fun activities for the kids.
Where Is It
This VBS will be held at the Oak Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Alton, Missouri. For directions, take Highway 160 out of Alton and follow it until you reach FF (north). Follow FF down and it will be relatively straight. Right before a sharp curve, the church will be on the right side.
