While not a lot of things happened in June, the main event, the Heart of the Ozarks Fair, brought lots of attention. The main event in July is, of course, our nation’s Independence Day.

June Review

June brought the Heart of the Ozarks Fair, free fishing, Oak Hill Missionary Baptist Church’s VBS, and Alton’s Lincoln Days. The Fair was a huge success; crowds of people came and enjoyed the rides. The Lincoln Days brought state, federal, and local candidates here to get their name around.
