Bow season is right around the corner. Whether you participated last year and were disappointed, or want to learn more to enhance your field time this year, preparation can lead to success. The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) is hosting a virtual event all about bow hunting.
What Is This?
 The Missouri Department of Conservation (MDC) educators are hosting an online class to teach about bow hunting. Attendees will learn about wildlife identification, habits and habitats, regulations, safety, hunting strategies, equipment, and game care.
Additionally, they will discuss bow hunting gear, proper clothing, stands, calls, and techniques to improve your chances of success. They will discuss best bow hunting practices, safety, and how bow hunting differs from hunting deer with a rifle.

This event occurs on August 21 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Where Does This Happen?
This is a virtual class. You can attend from the comfort of your living room.

This event is open to all ages, and registration is required. You can register online here. Once registered, participants will be emailed on the morning of August 21 the link to join this online class. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder for the email.
