TeenPact Missouri III Gathered In Jefferson City From April 20-24

Jefferson City, Mo. – The TeenPact Leadership Schools Missouri III class was held from April 20-24, 2026, in Jefferson City. Homeschoolers from all across the state gathered together to learn more about the government and about how to grow in their relationship with Christ.

4-Day Class

A four-day class was held for teenagers from April 20-23. Students got assigned to different committees where they passed and failed bills. Teens got a chance to participate in mock legislature where they discussed the passed bills, participate in primary and general elections for one governor and three senators, participate in worship and a devotional, listen to various speakers, and go on prayer walks.

In the evening, the students had a chance to have free time playing sports, talking, or playing games; listen to the class director; and participate in rendezvous where they talked about the day. Around fifty teens were in the four-day class.

PCW

The Political Communications Workshop (PCW) was held on Friday with around twenty students, ages 13-19, in the class. During the PCW, the participants had multiple chances to negotiate, give speeches, answer questions in a press conference, and go door-to-door campaigning.

One-Day Class

Also on Friday was a one-day class for 8-12 year old kids. In the one-day class, the kids got to worship, go on prayer walks, pass and fail bills in committee, participate in a mock legislature, and elect a governor. There were around forty one-day students.
