Piedmont, Mo. – On November 8, 2025, a SEMO Workforce and Economic Development Forum was hosted by Vinnie Clubb. After the event, the AltonMo.com field team had a chance to interview Clubb.
Purpose of the Event
One of the questions asked was what were some of Clubb’s goals for hosting this event. He answered and said that there is a need for small business owners to access economic development. Clubb brought together a group of people to discuss those problems and concerns that the business owner’s had.
Speakers
Some of the speakers at the forum included Lucas Presson, Senator Jason Bean, Senator Jamie Burger, Robert Knodell, Ed Dust, Secretary of State Denny Hoskins, and Mizzou Vice Chancellor Chad Higgins. When asked about how he got so many diverse and important people to speak at the event, Clubb said that “Life is about relationships.” He went on to say that over the years, he has gotten to know many people, some of which were the speakers at the event.
