A local homeschool group will be having a science fair. This is the first open to all fair of its kind.
A local home school group, HAPPY, will be holding a science fair. Although they have held them in the past, they are opening up this event to any homeschooled individual, regardless of age or level of science, they have had. During and after the project set up, activities and games are planned for all attendees. Each person is encouraged to bring a lunch for after the awards ceremony.
This science fair will take place later this month on Friday, April 19, 2019. Although this is Good Friday, the HAPPY personnel are expecting a good turnout. Contestants may begin to set up their projects at 9:00 a.m. Pre-setup tables will be available for their use. Judging will begin at 11:00 a.m.
Any and all students who are schooled at home may participate. There is no entry fee. It is open to all ages. A contestant does not require membership with the supporting HAPPY organization to participate. Ribbons will be issued for all entrants.
First Baptist Church in Mammoth Spring, Arkansas will hold this science fair. They have a large facility that will accommodate the projects.
