Thomasville 4th Of July Celebration Brings Crowds To Rodeo And Fireworks

Thomasville, Mo. –Thomasville, Missouri, had their Fourth of July celebration on Saturday, July 2, 2022, in Thomasville. There was an ice cream parlor, gift shop, vendors, and the rodeo.

Activities

As soon as you arrived, you could smell the delicious food that was cooking. If you wanted to cool down, ice cream was available. A gift shop was also open so you could start Christmas shopping early.

Rodeo

The rodeo was enjoyed by spectators of all ages. Events included mutton busting, bull bucking, barrel racing, pole racing, bull roping, and a donkey derby.

Fireworks

While the fireworks show lasted only 16 minutes, spectators got a different aspect to watching them. The fireworks were shot off less than a football field away from the stands.

The Thomasville Fourth of July festivities brought about a sense of patriotism and thankfulness for the freedom we have.
