Have you ever wondered what it means to be a Biblical husband or wife? Do you want your kids to know what those roles are? Macedonia Baptist Church is having a future husbands/future wives retreat on August 9th, diving into what it means to be a Biblical husband and wife.
Location and Time
The retreat will be on Saturday, August 9, 2025, between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm. It will be at Macedonia Baptist Church, located at 40 County Road 408 outside of Alton, Missouri.
The Retreat
This retreat is for youth ages 12 and up. Interested youth are asked to reach out and reserve a spot. Lunch will be provided.
Topics
Topics that will be talked about include what being a wife and husband mean biblically, not what the internet says and shows, and training through the Bible on how to navigate this evil and sinful world while being a child of God. [1] The young men’s group will be taught by Colton Burnett, and the young women’s group will be taught by Molly Burnett.
Who Can Come
This retreat is associational wide. Young people are encouraged to come.
