If you’re looking to go out and about on October 22nd and 23rd, but you don’t know where, here are some events happening around the area.
Yard Sale
On Friday, October 22, 2021, from 7:00 am until 5:00 pm, there is a St. Jude benefit yard sale. It is being held four miles north of Thayer on Highway 63. [1] They will have Christmas and fall decorations- most of them new. All the proceeds will go to St. Jude.
Bake Sale
The West Plains Senior Center is having a bake sale and a yard sale. This event will be on Saturday, October 23, 2021, beginning at 8:00 am. If you want to donate baked goods, you can do so from 7:30-8:00 am on Saturday. The senior center is located on 416 E. Main in West Plains.
Breakfasts and Food
The Ladies Auxiliary is having a breakfast on October 23 from 8:00-11:00 am. It will be at the American Legion in Williford, Arkansas. The cost is $8.00. On that day also, the American Legion is having a fish fry beginning at 4:00 pm. The cost is $10.00 for adults and $5.00 for kids 12 and under.
