Slaughter cows and bulls sold steady to 2.00 higher. Demand was good on a light supply. The top slaughter bull sold for 220.00/cwt. and the top slaughter cow sold for 179.00/cwt. On the replacement side, the top bred cow brought 3050.00/head and the top pair brought 3900.00/pair. A good crowd was ringside contributing to the demand on replacement cattle. The quality of the replacement offering was average at best, but with plenty of pasture and hay, the demand for bred cow and pairs continues to be strong.
