The Black Gold Walnut Festival is Saturday, October 4, 2025. The main part of making the Walnut Festival be as good as it is, is the vendors. Whether you’re representing a business, you’re part of the farmer’s market, or you have a little start-up- come to the Walnut Festival to sell your items and to meet new people! If you want to be a vendor at the Walnut Festival, here’s all you need to know, as well as a PDF of the vendor application.

Booths

There are two booth types: electric and nonelectric. Two parking places with no electricity costs $40. Two parking places with electricity cost $50. One parking place with no electricity costs $25.

Deadline

The booth application and fee must be received by the Alton Chamber of Commerce by September 21, 2025.

Set Up and Take Down

Set up will be between 8-9:45 am. All vehicles must be off the square by 9:30 am. Booth take down will be at 4:00 pm. No cars are allowed on the square before 4:00 pm. However, if you sell out before closing time, you may carry your booth set up off the square.

Application

Vendor applications can be mailed to Alton Chamber of Commerce, PO. Box 141, Alton, Missouri 65606; or they can be dropped off at the Alton License Bureau in the outdoor night deposit box. You can download the application here: 40th Annual Ozarks Black Gold Walnut Festival Vendor Application.
