Alton, Mo. – Do you have a motorcycle? Do you enjoy the feel of wind rushing through your hair as you glide along the road? Are you willing to help out at a fundraising benefit ride? The eleventh annual Punkin’ Run is coming up. Here are the details.
What Is This?
Friends of the late Alton Police Officer/Fire Chief Eddie “Punkin” Johnson are having a benefit motorcycle ride called “The Punkin’ Run.” This is a Benefit Ride/Dice Run. The Dice Run is open to motorcycles and vehicles of all types.
Is There A Cost?
Yes! There is a $20 registration fee. The first ten to register will receive a free Punkin Run Patch. Proceeds from this benefit will be used to fund a scholarship that will be awarded in his memory to a local student furthering their education.
When Is This?
The race takes place on Saturday, September 13, 2025. Registration starts at 9:30 am. Kickstands go up at noon!
Where Is This?
The ride begins and ends on the square in Alton.
What Else?
Food and beverages will be available! Event Shirts, Bracelets, Poker Chips, and Ride Patches will be available all day or by pre-order!
