Thayer, Mo. –Thayer, Missouri, held its annual Independence Day celebration on July 4, 2025, at the Thayer High School football field.
Booths
Multiple booths were set up at the football field. The majority of the booths were food vendors selling lemonade, pork rinds, and a variety of other items. There were also bouncy houses for the kids.
Watermelon
Harps was giving out free slices of chilled watermelon to the attendees. The watermelon was going fast since it was so hot.
Other Activities
Multiple skydivers landed on the field around 6:30 pm with streamers and the U.S. flag. Fireworks started once it was dark.
