After transitioning from football to basketball in November, the Thayer Bobcats have been on a roll. Only losing five games all season, the Thayer Bobcats are now heading to Springfield, Missouri, for the basketball Final Four playoffs today, Thursday, March 9, 2023.
This is only the fifth time the Thayer Bobcats basketball team has made it to the Final Four. The team got two second places, then a third and fourth place. The last time the Bobcats appeared at the Final Four was in 2014.
The District 10 champions have had a good season going for 25-4 on their record. We’re hoping they make it 27-4 by the end of the week.
