Alton, Mo. – Everyone likes the UPS man. Wearing friendly brown, if you see him in town, he’ll stop what he is doing to deliver your package right to you! He always has a smile and a wave for anyone about. He came out no matter the weather. And he knew where everyone lived. That will change now. Roger, our UPS man, is retiring.
Who Is Roger?
Roger is the ultimate UPS deliveryman. He found every household. When stopped in town or on the roadside, he recognized each person, delivering their packages to avoid the wait at home for him. He was out in any weather. He has learned our community for the last nineteen years.
Celebration?
So, how about a celebration for Roger? Mill’s Feed in Alton is hosting a celebration party in Roger’s honor. Mill’s Feed is next to P Highway, across the street from the gas station.
When Is This?
The party begins at noon on Friday, May 30, 2025. The community is encouraged to stop by and wish Roger well as he adjusts to a new life and schedule.
He will be greatly missed.
