Fall weather is here. With it comes a festival, almost weekly. This Saturday is no different in the way of festivals. However, this festival has its uniqueness. Thomasville is celebrating Autumn Days this Saturday.

What Is Happening?

TJ Swift House is hosting an Autumn Days event in Thomasville, Missouri. They are planning a corn hole tournament, chili cookoff, duck races, kayak races, pumpkin painting, live music, and other backyard activities. There will be food trucks. At 8:00 p.m., they will shoot off fireworks.

For the chili cookoff, they are looking for entrants. You can check out the Facebook page here. The entry for this is only $10.

When Is This?

All of this fun takes place on Saturday, September 23, 2023. Take care of chores during the day as the fun begins at 4:00 p.m. It continues until 9:00 p.m.

Where Is This?

The fun is in Thomasville. From Alton, Missouri, take US Highway 160 west to Highway 99 north. Crossing the river brings you to Thomasville.

Who Can Attend?

Everyone can come to Autumn Days. This is a family-friendly event.

Cost?

There is no charge to attend. Food and some activities will charged. All proceeds go to the Thomasville Community Center.

Mark your calendars for fun in Thomasville this Saturday. As fireworks go off at 8:00 p.m., you do not have to stay up late to watch them!
