Alton, Mo. – The United States became its own country on July 4, 1776. Each year on the anniversary of that date, cities across America celebrate. Alton is no different! Alton has its fireworks celebration on Monday, July 3, 2023. This is all ages appropriate!

When Are The Fireworks?

The fireworks are at dusk on Monday, July 3, 2023.

Where Are The Fireworks Shot From?

The fireworks are shot from Piney Creek Park. From Alton, take Highway 160 East, just out of town. It will be on the right side. Gates open at 5:00 pm. Activities begin at 6:00 pm.

Cost?

There is no cost to attend the fireworks show. The only costs could be for concessions or children’s activities.

What Will Happen?

The Alton Fireworks Show will have children’s activities, like bounce houses. There is usually food and snacks for purchase. AltonMo.com will be on the scene, polling attendees on their national knowledge. And, as usual, Altonmo.com staff will have gift bags, including promotional items from local advertisers.
