Kansas City Chiefs Wrap Up Work at Training Camp 2019

The Kansas City Chiefs are at St. Joseph, Missouri for training camp. It started July 24 and will end on August 15. It is the 10th year the Chiefs have had training camp at MWSU. Practices that begin at 8:15 AM will go for about two hours and forty minutes. Practices which start at 9:15 AM will go for about one hour and forty minutes.

Injuries

The report for players who did not practice on Sunday are:

Defensive end Tim Ward – unexplained absence

Linebacker Darius Harris – unexplained absence

Wide receiver Gehrig Dieter – back spasms

Safety Jordan Lucas – hamstring

Running back Damien Williams – hamstring

Linebacker Damien Wilson – knee

Cornerback Rashad Fenton – excused from practice

Wide receiver Tyreek Hill – quad

Camp Schedule

July 24-26 practices are closed to the general public. If weather changes to bad and they move to the indoor field, it will be closed to the general public. All dates and times are likely to change.  As soon as the decision is made, the club will inform fans by way of social media channels.   Autograph sessions from the different players will be scheduled for July 27, July 28, August 2, August 3, and August 4. Family Fun Day is August 3, Chiefs Alumni Day and Gatorade Training Camp will be held August 2, their first pre-season game will be held August 10 against the Cincinnati Bengals at 7:00 PM Central Time. And camp will end August 15 with Military Appreciation Day.

All training camp practices are free to the public unless otherwise noted. The Missouri University will charge $5 a day per car for parking. MWSU will also charge a $5 admission fee into practice on July 27, July 28, and August 3.
