Elon Musk, the founder and CEO of SpaceX, is planning on unveiling his newest design of the entirely reusable launch system tonight. Musk, ever a grand dreamer, has long spoken of a time where the average citizen can purchase a ticket to Mars, tonight he plans on showing the world his latest rocket system that will allow that to become a reality.

SpaceX’s newest launch system, a fully reusable system known as Starship, is expected to stand around 390 feet tall, be 30 feet in diameter, have enough room and fuel inside to carry 100 people and 150 tons of cargo to the first planet from the sun with every trip it makes. [1] However, these numbers might not be entirely accurate, as they are based on a presentation Musk did of Starship over a year ago.

Beginning at approximately 7 p.m. CT on Saturday, Musk will present the latest Starship plans and details. Although Musk will only be addressing a few employees, journalists, and nearby residents at the SpaceX rocket development and launch site in southern Texas when he gives his presentation, you can still listen in.

If you want to watch the presentation, SpaceX will be hosting the talk at a remote coastal town, near Brownsville Texas, not a place you’ll likely be tonight. Fortunately, SpaceX will also be broadcasting the event live online, and you can watch it at 7 p.m. using the YouTube player below.
